Aspen & Fern is exclusively available online through our website. We do not have a physical store or stockists at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your door with tracked delivery.

This does depend on your location itself, but domestically within NZ items should arrive between 3-7 business days. Internationally can take longer. We will always package and post items within the first 24-48hrs from time of purchase, as we want you to receive and be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible!

Products are made either in India or China. When you click on the 'Product Information' section for each product, you will be able to see which country that item is made in.
Yes, we can offer a full cash refund if you are unhappy with your purchase and this will be less any delivery charges. For full terms on this please refer to the RETURNS & REFUNDS section within the Product sections of the online store.
