Faulty Items:

If you find your item to be faulty then please get in touch with us at hello@aspenandfern.co.nz and we will happily arrange for a full refund, OR exchange of the item.

Change of Mind Returns:

At Aspen and Fern we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied then we will refund your item/items (less any delivery charges). Please get in touch with us at hello@aspenandfern.co.nz and we will give you our returns delivery adddress to send items back to. You MUST also meet the below requirements:

- Items must be returned in an unused, unmarked, brand new condition.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date.

- Receipt of purchase must be provided in order to receive a refund. This can be emailed directly to hello@aspenandfern.co.nz, OR put in parcel when you return the item.

- The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.

- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once we have received goods.

- Sale items can not be returned or refunded sorry.

Wild Blooms duvet cover.

I ordered it, it came faster than the speed of light and is too gorgeous to sit in the linen cupboard waiting for Summer. It is on the bed now!!

I just love love love thus duvet cover.

The colour's are everything that I hoped they would be.

I have the sheets to and they are perfection as all of aspen and ferns bedding is.

Can never get enough waiting for the next design to come out to add to my collection

FAQ's

Is linen scratchy? Linen can feel different from cotton at first, but our French flax linen is prewashed for softness and becomes noticeably softer with every wash. Many customers find it relaxed and comfortable from the first night, and even better over time.

Will the print fade over time? Our prints are digitally printed onto natural flax linen and designed to be long-lasting. With gentle washing and proper care, the colour will remain beautiful. As with all natural fabrics, gradual softening over time is expected and part of linen’s character.

Is linen suitable for sensitive skin? Yes. Linen is naturally breathable and hypoallergenic, making it a great option for sensitive skin. It allows airflow and helps regulate temperature, which many people find more comfortable year-round.

Is the fabric printed on both sides? No, the design is digitally printed on one side of the linen. The reverse remains unprinted, showing the fabric’s natural flax tone and texture.

Can I tumble dry linen pillowcases? We recommend line drying where possible to extend the life of your linen. If you do use a dryer, choose a low heat and remove while slightly damp. Linen naturally relaxes as it dries and doesn’t require ironing unless you prefer a crisp look.
