At Aspen and Fern we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied then we can either refund your full payment of purchase (less all delivery charges), OR you may contribute the value of the exchanged item towards another purchase.

All refunds MUST meet the below requiremnts:

- Items must be returned in an unused, unmarked, brand new condition.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date.

- Receipt of purchase must be returned with item, OR emailed directly to hello@aspenandfern.co.nz
