General Care: Heat resitant MDF top finish. Easy wipe clean with warm cloth. Do not run placemat under water, or put into dishwasher

Change of Mind Returns:

At Aspen and Fern we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied then we will refund your item/items (less any delivery charges). Please get in touch with us at hello@aspenandfern.co.nz and we will give you our returns delivery adddress to send items back too. You MUST also meet the below requirements:

- Items must be returned in an unused, unmarked, brand new condition.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt date.

- Receipt of purchase must be provided in order to receice a refund. This can be emailed directly to hello@aspenandfern.co.nz, OR put in parcel when you return the item.

- The customer is responsable for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.

- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process once we have received goods.

- Sale items can not be returned or refunded sorry.
NZ SHIPPING- Please allow 3-7 buisness days for domestic shipping within NZ.

AUS SHIPPING - Please allow 5-15 buisness days for shipping to Australia.

Please Note: We currently do not ship internationally to any other countries other than Australia.

Shipping cost will vary with weight and location, this is calculated at checkout and will be added to your total.

We will always endeavour to pack and post as quickly as we can so you are able to enjoy your purchase, however sometimes there can be delays during postage, and this can be out of our control.
